Deletion of Facebook and Instagram Data

You can disconnect Virello from Facebook or Instagram and request deletion of the associated data at any time.

Disconnect the account in Virello

1. Sign in to Virello.
2. Open the connected social media channels section.
3. Select Facebook or Instagram.
4. Open Manage and disconnect the connection.

This removes the connection from Virello. Virello will no longer use it for new data requests or publications.

Remove access at Meta

You can also remove Virello in the Business Integrations section of your Facebook settings or in the settings of your Instagram or Meta account. This revokes access on Meta's side as well.

Delete an organization and its stored content

To delete all data stored for a Virello organization, permanently delete the organization in the organization settings. This removes the organization and its stored content permanently and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access your Virello account, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to info@virello.ai. Include the affected organization and connected Facebook or Instagram account so that we can identify the relevant data. We may ask for evidence that you are authorized to make the request.

Statutory retention obligations and data required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims remain unaffected.
