Speak, preview and send intentionally
Ideas and revision requests can be recorded directly in the desktop dashboard. The recording state stays clearly visible; afterwards, the message can be played back, deleted or sent like a familiar voice note. The original audio remains available in the conversation while Virello works from the transcript.
Replies keep their context
A follow-up can now explicitly reference an earlier answer from the marketing manager. The selected message appears in a compact preview above the composer and remains stored as the reply reference, helping Virello understand exactly which statement is meant even in longer conversations.
A clearer start and reliable previews
Creating a workspace now starts with a clear name; the website is collected where the brand is actually analyzed. Until Instagram or Facebook is connected, post previews still use the company name, logo and a stable brand handle.
On desktop, voice messages can be recorded directly in the agent chat, previewed and sent together with their transcript.
You can reply to an earlier Virello message; the visible reference is stored and passed to the marketing manager as context.
